There’s something deeply meaningful about guiding a customer from their first touchpoint to long-term value. When someone finally “gets” the product or service, because of the message, timing, or journey you crafted…that’s truly magical.

I care about building systems that scale: data-driven triggers, experimentation frameworks, segmentation that makes sense, and journeys that genuinely improve the customer experience and the business.
